History

Prairie Air Show®, Inc. is a non-profit corporation filed under IRS section 501(c)3 and is staffed solely by volunteers. Prairie Air Show® Inc. was incorporated in 1998 and was formed out of the efforts of air shows that had been in existence since 1977.

Mission

Prairie Air Show®, Inc. is a non-profit organization, dedicated to producing a high quality air show event for all ages. We exist to provide opportunities for the community to participate and experience past and present military and civilian aircraft, as well as providing aviation education and awareness. The pinnacle of our achievement is to give back to the community monetarily; we do this by donating all net proceeds to various charitable organizations in the community.
